Founder: Ria Kolte

I am a student at Green Level High School. I have been involved with community services throughout middle and high school. I have volunteered for other organizations, been a board member at other non-profit organization and mentored other students.

It has always been my goal to help people live life to the fullest. I am able to achieve this through Bake Some Love. There are more than 4,300 children in Wake County who are homeless. Birthday cakes can cost a minimum of $15 - $20 and this is not affordable to homeless and impoverished families, especially with multiple children. That gave rise to the founding mission for Bake Some Love.

By donating cake on their birthdays, I make them feel special and loved and help to keep up their hope of happiness and goodness. I aim to encourage more and more people to join me and help grow the organization and support the cause.
